    This is a great little hotel close to everything in Patong, without all the noise from Bungla Road, and very affordable. The hotel is recently renovated and rooms have a had a partial refresh. All rooms have secure key card access, no annoying bulky key to carry around or loose. The Guest Realtions Manager ***, has been very accomodating organising our local activities intinery, translating multiple languages for out documents, and assisting us with laundry services. Yes my wife and I would stay again.

    Biggest issue is no escalator . The staff were fantastic.. a young man was extremely helpful.

    No lift, no hot water, no power backup, no bell boys to take your heavy luggage to the room via stairs(ours was on 3rd floor). And on top of everything, no resolution of the complaints, we demanded cancellation which they denied and same for refund.
