Modern equipment, from the lights to the stove top. It has several free and easy parking spots outside the building.
The lock box is too low, hard to see and open.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Von dem Balkon hat man einen Ausblick auf den Fjord. Von dort aus ist es gut möglich, die Stadt Trondheim per Bus oder E Scooter zu erkunden.
Die Wohnung ist etwas unordentlich und die Küche unsortiert. Es gibt keinen Esstisch in der Wohnung. Wir fanden die Wohnung für zwei Personen fast zu klein, da es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer und Wäsche gibt. Es scheint die Privatwohnung des Inhaber zu sein. Leider war es sehr staubig und unsauber.
