Beautiful La Maestranza close to beach RDR515

Superb location, everything is walkable. Interior is fresh and modern.

Basic amnenities missing: no washing machine capsules; no extra trashbags besides the first 2 inserted; dishwasher liquid sufficient only for 1-2 times; iron and other cleaning stuff behind a hard to open door which was hard to find at first. Key pickup is cumbersome: have to go to an entirely different spot to get them (garage remote was missing but was delivered a few days later). Living room and main bedroom is towards a rather busy road. Very minimal sound isolation from windows so you will hear everything from the street. Terrace area is also towards the street on the first floor and not really nice so didn't use it at all for this reason. Stayed during beginning of March and the heating really only warms up a part of the living room whilst the rest is cold. Should probably have a 2nd A/C unit. After heating gets cold again very fast as the windows don't really hold the warmth well.

The location is a 25 min walk into the port. Plenty if little restaurants nearby and a short walk. Large Pool amazing. Kids loved it. Supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road.
