La localización es estupenda, a 10 mins de puerto banus, la urbanización está genial, grande y con 3 piscinas, y la casa era grande, un duplex con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, ambas plantas con salida directa al jardín y 2 terrazas.
Encontramos platos sucios en el lavavajillas y los cubos de los desagües de los aires acondicionados llenos, tuvimos que vaciarlos ya que 1 de los split goteaba dentro, al vaciar el cubo se arregló. La limpieza podría mejorar un poco y ciertos detalles de falta de mantenimiento. La TV no tiene canales de televisión normal. Encima de la plaza de garaje hay una pequeña gotera y cae agua con cal, hay que poner algo ya que si no fastidia la pintura del coche.
