Hotel was clean and looking fresh in general, rooms are create spacious and super clean, bed comfortable and clean, linen fresh and clean rooms are perfect well serviced minibar is stocked in overall 10 for the hole experience.
Maybe adding a few free TV channels besides YouTube would be a great improvement. I only stayed for one night, but unfortunately I also didn’t have any hot water. I left the shower running for quite some time and switched it over to hot to cold, but the water remained cold. I didn’t complain at the time because I was only there for the night. Overall, I just feel that considering the amount of fees a guest pays, one would reasonably expect everything to be working properly and the stay to be as comfortable as possible. This is simply some constructive feedback that I hope will help improve the experience for future guests.
