Reception team so welcoming Food was hot and served fast Restaurant staff quite welcoming

Housekeeping staff did not clean well during my first 2days...I found an unemptied bin, dirty cups and dirty towels when I returned at 20H00 after leaving at 8:30 in the morning. They also did not refill hand and body soap so coming back late had to find my way to have those essentials. They also did not provide drinking water. When I raised these issues with reception team, it was all sorted...and enjoyed the rest of my stay. Potter services not available

1. The breakfast was appropriate, and menu was standard and could be improved to include vegetarian options. 2. The accommodation and reception staff were really wonderful and a pleasant team; always courteous and willing to assist. 3. The traditional meal offering was extremely delightful and delicious.

1. The breakfast and waitress staff were at times mixing up the orders. 2. This could have been avoided if additional staff were available to work when the restaurant was busy and perhaps better communication between staff. 3. Hotel Destiny is obviously a popular destination however important that guests are promptly attended to.
