Zero star. Air cond can't tune temperature to be colder one, the universal remote control is just a con. Spotted 5 to 6 small cockroach throughout the night. Got hairs on bed, floor and toilet. The floor is like moped with oil one. You need to wear your own slippers in room, or else you might has injury due to slipping. The first room I get has no window+lock broken, then I request change room due to room not displayed as shown in advertisement, no window, very dim light, very smelly, aircond not cold. The receptionist granted my request and give me a room with window and lecture me next time don't believe in advertisement picture. The housekeeper say only he alone doing housekeeping for whole hotel.. Say cannot demand much .. And demand us to not dirty the room before changing room, as if the room is clean to begin with. In the new room, the TV is a con. The phone is a con, cable plugged out and being put on the cupboard. The only good thing is got window to vent out the strange bedak smell.. This hotel just want to do one-time business only with their customer... Just listen to the advice of the receiptionist.. Lain kali jangan percaya gambar..
