The Frederick Guest House

Cette maison a été bien plus qu’un simple logement, ce fut une véritable expérience humaine ✨ L’emplacement est juste parfait : à deux pas des commerces, du train, des bus pour l’aéroport… tout est accessible facilement, ce qui rend le séjour tellement agréable. Mais ce qui a rendu cet endroit vraiment magique, ce sont les rencontres. J’ai eu la chance d’échanger avec des personnes incroyables venant des quatre coins du monde, de partager des moments simples, des rires, des histoires de voyage… Une atmosphère chaleureuse et unique que je n’oublierai jamais 🤍 Merci pour cette parenthèse hors du temps. Je repartirai avec de magnifiques souvenirs et l’envie de revenir un jour ✈️🌍

Convenient location has all that we needed for. Perfect for our needs

This is a standard suburban home, and there was some noise transmission between the rooms, although this wasn’t an issue for us, as the other occupants were thoughtful. Also, the property is directly under the Sydney airport flight path, so can be noisy during the day, but with flight restrictions at night, it didn’t interrupt us overnight. It was impressive though to see the aircraft on their approach to the airport.

Location, cleanliness, easy access into property and room.

Convenient, friendly and easy check in process and ommunication with Host Lee! Location/Proximity to Sydenham Train Station and a great Pub just a block or two up the road. Rooms were large. I had a balcony room Shared bathroom close to room, just down hall A lovely quaint/quiet street Very cool for Plane Spotting (planes do fly low)

I felt a little more attention to detail required in presentation of room and bed/bath linen. No air-conditioning (had ceiling and pedestal fan) Table/chairs on balcony would be lovely with a few 🪴
