    Room was super clean and quiet, considering it is above a pub, I was surprised! Seemingly recent renovations made the room feel somewhat luxurious despite its price, size and location! Convient location right next to the Sydenham metro makes it a good jumping off point, plus it is close by car to the airport and to a 15min walk Marrickville restaurants + the Factory Theatre. Staff were nice but I think the check in process could have been a bit better, starting with a dedicated accomodation check in desk and better marked entrance so that you don’t feel like a clutz walking through a restaurant with suitcases! But over all a super good stay, would recommend to everyone. Especially since you can get a good pub feed in very conveniently!

    We stayed for three nights over Christmas, great spot near the metro station. The pub itself has a really nice vibe. Would recommend

    A decent hotel but a little on the expensive side for the size of the room. Very clean and comfortable hotel with decent bar/restaurant under and easy for Metro access

    Very comfortable, beautifully updated decor & designer bathroom. We stayed for a specific event & it was within walking distance. Also conveniently next to the railway station. No parking on site but we were able to get one on the next street. Double glazed windows very good but you can still hear huge planes flying low over hotel. Amazing sight to look out window to see underside of massive plane! Could do with darker heavier curtains. Be aware as its a pub (albeit very upmarket) no dining open on Sunday morning but cafe next door was good and open early. No obvious reception desk.
