The location It’s Perfect
It’s really good the only observation that i have is about the stairs, it’s really hard

The location is perfect, very easy to reach shibuya and the train stop is only 5/10 minutes walking distance from the apartment, with konbini in the close distance.
The host was very very nice and helpful, the house was overall clean
The stairs to reach the apartment are very steep so it was a bit hard to walk up with heavy luggage.
We stayed in December so the bedroom and bathroom could both be heated up with the air but the living room couldn’t so it was a bit chilly.
The furniture is quite outdated but again, considering the prices in Tokyo and that we spent very little time at home it was still ok

Spacious.
Beside the main road so trucks and ambulance at night can be heard. The stair is too steep and narrow. We are from fourth floor and having a huge luggage is quite challenging.
