Art, confort et lit d'exception

The location is excellent, it's just a few minutes walk to the tram stop Honoré De Balzac and from there a few stops into the centre of Rouen. The ground floor apartment is comfortable, there is a double bed in the bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There's a very large tv on the wall in the lounge.

I was disappointed at first to discover that although the listing said 'Parking', it is simply on the street. There are only two spaces and one disabled space in front of the property although plenty in the road around the corner. To be fair, we had no issues with our car being in the street and I wouldn't have a problem parking there again. It really needs a kettle in the kitchen.

Naktsmītne atradās labā, klusā rajonā, gājiena attālumā no vecpilsētas. Gulta bija ērta, virtuvē bija viss nepieciešamais ērtai dzīvošanai. Istabu temperatūru iespējams regulēt ar elektriskajiem sildītājiem.

Ierodoties atklājām, ka dzīvoklis atrodas 1.stāvā ar logiem uz ielas pusi. Gar logiem visu laiku staigāja cilvēki un slēģus tāpēc turējām ciet. Viesistaba likās vēsa, grīda auksta. Taču vannasistabā radiators bija uzgriezts uz maksimumu un attiecīgi ierodoties sajūta bija kā pirtī. Diemžēl lielākā vilšanās bija duša, kur tecēja tikai ārkārtīgi karsts ūdens. Sazvanoties saimnieks apgalvoja, ka vienkārši mazliet stprāk jāpagriež karstuma regulētājs, taču ne man, ne vīram tas neizdevās. Tātad var teikt, ka dzīvoklis principā ir bez dušas.

L'appartement est joli, plutôt bien équipé, et situé dans un quartier calme. L'agencement est bien conçu. Le salon est agréable. Un site parfait pour quelques jours, facile de se déplacer. La serrure à digicode.

L'éclairage n'est pas assez puissant dans le salon. Il manque une lampe de chevet dans la chambre. La manipulation du digicode est délicate la première fois. (Une fois les gestes assimilés, c'est très simple.)

Было чисто. Телевизор с интернетом. В пешей доступности хорошая пекарня.

С парковкой сложновато, но приемлемо. Для ночевки на одну ночь вполне подойдет.
