Apartament Ultracentral NICOL

The apartment is centrally located, very clean, recently renovated, and beautifully furnished with new furniture. It is also very well equipped, and the apartment itself is modern, attractive, and pleasant.

Unfortunately, a beautiful and well-equipped apartment alone is not enough to ensure a comfortable stay. The building was practically unoccupied, with several apartments still under construction or renovation and a lot of dust in the communal hallways. None of this was mentioned in the property description, and the overall situation made us feel somewhat unsafe. There was also a locked connecting door between our apartment and another apartment, which made us feel uncomfortable. In addition, the internet did not work at all during we stayed. Regardless of the reason or who was responsible, the fact is that we had no internet access during our stay. The apartment itself is very nice, but we believe these circumstances should be clearly communicated in the listing so that future guests know what to expect before booking.
