Beautiful property with everything you need for a super comfortable stay.

Everything was great!

Tranquil location, short drive to the beach & Kiama.

The gardens were absolutely stunning 🤩 We loved everything about our stay. Highlight was the fish pond, my daughter loved feeding the fish each morning. Outside fire pit in the gardens was also very much enjoyed. A short drive to the main strip of Berry - quiet and secure location. Short drive or walk down to the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

There was nothing to not like!

The garden and location was very beautiful and relaxing

Very limited hot water. 3 guests. Ist night 1 bath taken with hot wate rand one shower lasting less than a minute due to no hot water after doing the dishes in 1 basin of hot water saw no issues with fuse box & too late to get help. 2nd night 1 short shower by one guest enough to wash hair, but not enough water for 2 other guests to shower or wash dishes. Reached out to owners and asked for a partial refund. None offered, reached out to booking.com who also reached out to owners for refund. Owners refused to do the right thing and offer a refund as basic amenities failed. Very dissatisfied with this outcome
