The views were absolutely spectacular the house had everything in it you would need for your stay

We all feel a little more attention to cleaning is needed on arrival we noticed the kitchen sink had not been washed out properly the front of oven and dishwasher needed a good clean plus kitchen bench tops were wiped down slap hazardly Also we don't think the dishwasher or washing machine have been cleaned in ages. Other than that our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable

Amazing view and wonderfully cozy little farm house. Everything well equipped.

Location was superb- close to Berry, beautiful views, garden and birdsong, very peaceful and quiet.

Mainly to do with booking app than the property itself- booking the property whilke i was overseas wasa bit of a nightmare as for reasons i'm unclear the payment didn't proceed initially (i have used the app many times previously and not had an issue) and because i was occupied travelling and the time difference i didn't see emails notifying me of this until they were threatening cancelling the booking. Then, once the booking was confirmed, there were far too many follow up messages across too many platforms (email, app and messages) which meant locating information about exact address and check-in details was not straightforward. However, given the price and our recent experience with similar properties overseas, there could have been a few extras such as coffee pods and ground coffee (for the coffee machine, plunger and french press which were supplied), biscuits an d bathroom supplies such as body lotion, bubble bath etc.

Bathroom floor in second bathroom had very dirty grout. Needs a scrubbing brush
