We had the most delightful time - I felt like we were in our own Italian film.

The location was fantastic, and we truly felt like it was our little apartment to go home to in the most picturesque Italian town - and it’s perfectly located in the historic centre of Treviso. Access to the apartment was simple and hassle free.

Our only snag was the kitchen sink needed a plug in order to make washing up a little easier, but we communicated it to the proprietor, who was very open to feedback and support. We really loved the comprehensive recycling setup of the town - it was very inspiring 🌱

Disaster, strongly do not recommend

Flat location

The apartment itself had some positive aspects, but the communication with the host was so terrible that it completely ruined our experience. It all started badly - the host sent us a random payment link for the city tax without any explanation. When we opened the link, we tried to explain that, according to Booking rules, the city tax should always be paid upon arrival, and that his link was adding an extra commission fee. The host ignored us for three days, and then finally replied in Italian, even though we had been writing in English, saying basically: “Just pay, otherwise I won’t send the check-in instructions.” When we finally checked in, there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen from the previous guests - the place was not properly cleaned. And then, unbelievably, the host messaged us asking to throw the trash away ourselves! For €100 per night, being asked to take out someone else’s garbage is absolutely unacceptable. The pictures showed plenty of coffee capsules and toiletries, but in reality, we were given only two coffee pods for five days, two tiny bottles of shower gel (that doubled as shampoo), and two rolls of toilet paper. No cleaning was provided during the entire stay, and nothing was replenished. The place looked nice online, but in reality it felt cheap and misleading. The hair dryer in the bathroom was full of dust like it was never cleaned. The host’s attitude overshadowed everything good about the apartment. Before renting to guests, they should learn the basics of professionalism and respect.

Great location

Great location and it had everything we needed to spend three nights. Loved the windows that let a lot of light in and the renovated apartment.

We had communication issues because after we arrived to the property we didn’t get any of our messages answered. We were supposed to paid the tourist tax (that it is what the Booking bill we got said) but nobody was there to charge that, so we left the payment on the table next to the keys of the property. We never got a message back saying that we needed to pay or saying thank you for the payment, it was 16 euros.

la ubicación muy bien, tambien era muy lindo y ordenado

Separar la basura esta perfecto pero eso de obligar al inquilino a sacar la basura cada dia con su protocolo esta de mas, las personas van a disfrutar, relajarse y no pensar en que dia es y que toca sacar hoy, menos si sos extranjero y no tenes esa costumbre. La mampara de la ducha esta rota, deberia solucionarlo, es peligroso
