Fiasko bei der Anreise, Wohnung konnte nicht bezogen werden, Vermieter nicht erreichbar.

Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut, alles neu und geschmackvoll. Achtung: Kaffeemaschine Siebträger, statt wie angekündigt Kapselmaschine.

Türcode konnte nicht eingegeben werden, da die Eingabevorrichtung abmontiert war. Mussten dann spätabends zurück nach München, um ein Hotel zu finden. Der Vermieter war abends nicht erreichbar. Morgens ab 8 Uhr auch nicht. Sind dann zu der Adreese des Vermieters, dort war er nicht mehr ansässig. Um 10:30 Uhr hat sich dann jemand gemeldet, der Schlüssel lag unter der Fußmatte, das wurde uns aber am Anreisetag nicht mitgeteilt. Versuche gerade die Übernachtung im Hotel für 3 Personen erstattet zu bekommen plus die 1. Übernachtung im Appartement, das wir ja nicht voll nutzen konnten. Angeboten wurde bisher nur eine Erstattung des 1. Tages in der Wohnung und ein Gutschein von 10% für das nächste Mal. Unglaublich!!!!

Es war warm und gut regulierbar. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und schlicht

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, ist aber eine persönliche Sache da ich mit Rückenproblemen vorbelastet bin. Und was man wissen sollte, ist, dass die Treppen sehr verwinkelt waren. Also jemand mit eingeschränkter Mobilität hätte da glaube ich Schwierigkeiten.

Schöne Wohnung, leicht zu erreichen

Sehr flexibler kontaktloser Check-In, die Lage erlaubt es einfach mit dem ÖPNV anzureisen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und alles war wie gewünscht.

Der Aufstieg vorbei an einer ungesicherten Öffnung nach draußen, da waren auch noch Generatoren o.ä. untergebracht…gerade mit Kindern sehr gefährlich
