This is a great apartment, very large and comfortable with great AC units in all the rooms (important when we visited in June). There is a very small lift / elevator that can fit 3 people or one wheelchair. The laundry machine works well, just be prepared to hang dry clothes since these all-in-one washer/driers do not really dry clothes, they just spin them. The nespreso machine made our mornings. The apartment is a short walk to the acropolis and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The double paned windows are great for sealing out street noise, keeping the apartment both quiet and cool. We also appreciated the blackout shudders that made it easy to sleep or nap during daylight. Internet access was great. The host was very helpful before and during our stay, answering our questions and helping us navigate the area.

If you run the shower at full flow, the drain can't keep up and it will flood the bathroom. We got by just reducing the flow a bit. There are motion detectors in the rooms that have a bright light which we had to cover with a towel to sleep. The master bedroom does not have drawers or shelves for organizing clothes. For a wheelchair user, the local neighborhood is very difficult to navigate. The sidewalks are in terrible shape with random trees and holes that prevent movement. Most corners do not have a ramp to get down from the curb. We did most of our wheelchair movement on the street amongst cars, which was very difficult and not particularly safe.
