Please note, access to the boat dock and lift is only available to guests who have rented a boat from Cape Coral Charterboats. In addition, a minimal electricity fee of $ 0.20 / kwh is charged - the average consumption is approximately $20.00 / day.
We have a strict minimum age requirement of 25 and require the responsible party to be present during the entire stay. Valid identification is also required for all bookings. Please also note that we do not allow pets on the property.
Furthermore, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking on the premises. An extra charge of $300.00 will be applied if any signs of smoking are found.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a basic set of consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and detergent. Please note that a full propane tank for the grill is not supplied.

Our stay at this Cape Coral home was nothing short of incredible — truly the perfect place for a large group getaway.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The layout is ideal for groups — whether you’re traveling with family or friends, there’s room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy time together.The outdoor space was hands-down our favorite part. The pool area felt like a private resort — we spent most of our time lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. The seating areas made it easy to hang out as a group, whether it was morning coffee by the water or evening drinks at sunset.The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking group meals, and the dining area easily accommodated all of us, which made dinners together feel special. Everything in the home was well-maintained and clearly cared for, which made our stay feel even more comfortable.Location-wise, it was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether we were heading to the beach, grabbing groceries, or going out for dinner, everything was convenient.If you’re looking for a place in Cape Coral that can comfortably host a large group while still feeling elevated and relaxing, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The size of the house was great for our family of 10. We enjoyed the pool, the kids even got in the hot tub. The kitchen pass through window was a fun little way to service the kids, but difficult to lock. They had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, kitchen was stocked enough for us. Coolers and a beach wagon was nice to have on site. There were no umbrellas, so we did have to find a place to rent a couple.
We enjoyed everything about this home with the exception of one issue and the reason I am not giving 5 stars. There were cockroaches. This was a concern before booking the property and I assured the home is on a routine treatment schedule. However, we saw several the first two days we were there. We opted to have pest control come and found the dead ones the next day, but it definitely was better, we didn't see any after the service! Maybe the treatment schedule currently in place just is not effective and needs to be modified. Seeing them hanging out during the day just isn't a good sign.

Lots of room for our group of 8 family and friends. Backyard is gorgeous. Boat lift was useful for our one day boat rental.
