About this house rental
This Home was professionally decorated and everything is new! It has four bedrooms including a beautiful Mickey bedroom, a downstairs bedroom, and a master suite. At the end of the day you can swim in your own private pool, it is also located in a resort with a lazy river, bar, game room and gym. Come and enjoy the Orlando Magical experience and stay in an awesome home in a resort. Its located close to all parks, restaurants, and shopping.

Other things to note
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days request in advance (before arrival). Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 3 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. NO REFUNDS will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) This property has a “spa” (i.e. a few water jets and warm water) not a “hot tub” (i.e. plenty of water jets, whirlpool action, and very hot water).
Starter kit :
• 1 kit with soap and shampoo (hotel size) in each bathroom.
• 1 toilet paper in each bathroom.
• 1 dish soap.
• 1 paper towel.
• 1 trash bag.
• 1 sponge
• 2 dishwasher pod
Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar, and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay.
We don't provide washcloths.
