Absolute beautiful space. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like we were at home our whole stay. Nice private pool and awesome recreation areas.

I didn’t get to use any of the facilities but I love the property because of the location, the property is well maintained and I love how it is easy to communicate with the property manager.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Someone did mention though that there should be a structure to prevent the alligators from getting to close to people.

The proximity to Disney and Universal was incredible. Our family of 7 was very comfortable here for our 8 day trip. It had all amenities that our family needed - full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, washer dryer, etc. Very easy to get to with multiple entrances to the community. The furthest we ever drove was to universal/epic universe and it took less than 25 minutes with regular weekday traffic.
The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There were strips covering old caulk but there were gaps from the walls where water had collected. The only bathtub had draining issues and a ring of dirt inside the tub itself. I did have to scrub that to clean it myself as we have a baby who needs to be bathed in the bath.
