Cost is determined based upon your planned usage of the property. 4500sf two-story home with panoramic lake and mountain views from both levels. 6 large bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, private hot tub over looking the lake and mountains, 2 kitchens, wine fridge, pool table, pinball machine, and shuffleboard. Minutes from Zephyr Cove beach, South Tahoe skiing and hiking trails.
Featuring a fully remodeled modern contemporary lake view home. Lots of space with large rooms for that family retreat or group of friends. This custom home offers a spacious living room with open beam ceilings, huge rock fireplace, formal dining area, huge game room with fireplace, wet bar, and giant picture windows The floor plan offers two master suites on the main level in addition to 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs.
