Pop & Granny is located in Paradise Pointe, a gated mountain retreat at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. All 19 rentals share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun!
The Space:
Welcome to Pop & Granny’s Cabin, a spacious and inviting retreat perfect for families or groups of up to 12 guests. This cabin offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax.
On the main level, you’ll find Bedroom 1, featuring a king bed and easy access to Bathroom 1, which also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is another spacious king bed with Bathroom 2 nearby. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a bunk bed; both beds are twins. Also upstairs, you will find an inviting family room with one queen bed and two twin beds, offering a cozy space to relax and unwind. The two twin beds are located in a custom-built playhouse.
The cabin is equipped with WiFi, a hot tub, a fireplace, a grill, and a fire pit, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor gatherings.
We provide a starter kit that includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, and starter dish soap & hand soap. Linens and towels are supplied, and if you need more, there is a washer and dryer available. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, but there is no dishwasher, so we suggest bringing paper products for easier cleanup. Please note, we do not provide oil, salt, pepper, food, drinks, or personal toiletries.

Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located at Summit, just a quick 2-minute drive from Paradise. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use, with a second charger currently in progress.

The view from the cabin was amazing. It was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The driveway is really steep so keep that in mind. Contact with the host was great. The pool area is really nice. The only complaint was the windows were filthy and we spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was black when done so apparently they don’t mop the floors which is gross. Also they apparently don’t dust under the furniture either, so many dust bunnies. They might want to invest in a different cleaning company. Towels were well stocked along with soap and essentials.

My family and I were looking for a place a little outside Chattanooga that we could relax at while still within range of going into the city for different attractions during our vacation. Let me tell you, these accommodations did not dissappoint! Pop & Granny's cabin is set right on the bluff with stunning views from both the windows of the living room and from a stunning porch which looks right out over the entire valley below. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. on the day of our arrival and they were just finishing up preparing the place for our stay. The cabin is beautiful and cozy. The master bedroom is on the bottom floor and there are 3 large beds on the upper floor along with a "hobbit hole" room that my daughter enjoyed sleeping in immensely. The pool house was great with a hot tub there, and we also had a hot tub outside at our cabin as well. My adult children enjoyed the firepit at night and the views day and night just kept us looking over and over again. I knew I had absolutely made the right choice when I got up the first morning of our stay and my wife and I went out on the porch with a cup of coffee, sat in the rocking chairs, and watched the mist in the valley slowly melt away. This place is great! I will definitely be keeping this place in my mind for future vacations!
