About this house rental
The home is uniquely setup. There are 2 floors that are completely separate from each other but easily accessible to interact. There are NO INTERIOR STAIRS connecting the 2 floors.Each floor has their own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, and dining room. NO INTERIOR STAIRS CONNECT THE 2 SPACES. We do not split up the 2 units so it’s the perfect set up for multiple families and friends. The upstairs has 3 bdr, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, office, and sitting area with roku tvs in each bedroom and a 75 inch in the open concept area. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, laundry, dining area, It also has a pool table and foosball table in the game room with roku tvs in each bedroom and living area as well. This home is huge but still cozy and full of southern charm in the city. It easily sleeps 11 adults in an actual bed , not a couch or blow up mattress situation. Kids and adults can enjoy this property. We have games and toys for all ages. Huge yard space with the back yard completely fenced. Please disclose if bringing a pet and add them to your reservation. We have a fire pit with wood inside and covered, extra wood is stored under the deck stairs. We also have a charcoal grill. Huge deck with 2 levels and oversized stairs leading right into the back yard. There is a 2nd deck on the side entrance from the gravel. Lots of parking areas on both sides of the property. Please do not park on the street. This is an urban area home and some neighbors park on the street. This home is on a quiet corner double lot with lots of parking on both sides with mature trees.

This was a great house. Plenty of space for nine adults and small dog. Having two kitchens was great, plenty of parking, comfy beds. Hosts provided lots of little extras that were much appreciated. Yard and deck were good outside space to hang out. Easy drive to waterfront. Communication with host was great and check in and out were flawless and easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were a family 6 adults, 5 children ranging in age from 2 to 15. The house worked fine for us. Clean, well stocked. Host was very responsive. The older kids spent most of their time downstairs with pool, foosball table, and arcade game. Adults enjoyed watching baseball playoffs on big screen tv.House is convenient to many activities, Ruby falls zoo, aquarium, duck boat tour, riverwalk, etc.

It was a perfect house for a large family or multiple families. Owner has made it so easy to travel with children by providing everything you could think of. Very clean. Pictures are exactly reflective of what you are renting. We really loved our stay! Will stay again.
