About this apartment rental
This beautifully decorated, modern and spacious apartment is situated in the hugely popular Elegance complex in Villajoyosa, just a 600m walk away from La Cala de Finestrat beach and with easy access to Benidorm.
The apartment comfortably sleeps four people with two bathrooms and two bedrooms including a large master bedroom and a twin room. It is also possible to accommodate up to a further two people on the new sofa bed in the lounge and our travel cot (provided) can increase capacity again if you have a little one.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need (including air fryer) and the lounge has recently been fitted with a new, 50-inch smart television showing most English channels and giving access to your Netflix/Prime/Apple TV accounts. The master bedroom also has a wall mounted television.
The apartment is enviably located on the corner of the second floor with a large 2-sided balcony offering beautiful views, and comfortable furniture for those al fresco drinks. There is a utility room with a washing machine, so you needn’t worry about over-packing. Just come in, kick back and relax. The apartment has also been fitted with ultra- fast wifi.
If you want to hire a car and travel further afield, the apartment has its own private secure parking space, although everywhere is accessible by local bus. There are several tour operators (including Holiday Extras) offering regular and incredibly cheap transfers from Alicante airport to your holiday doorstep.
Our ultra friendly housekeeper, Sharon, is happy to either greet you at the gates or walk down to the bay to meet you from your airport transfer and will be available for you to contact with any questions or issues that may arise throughout your stay.
The apartment includes heating and air conditioning as required (like almost all apartments now, the air conditioning comes with a small pay as you use surcharge).
The Elegance complex itself boasts a huge outdoor, 3-part swimming pool with varying depths including a shallower children’s pool. The deepest of the three pools is only in operation during July and August due to the requirement to have a lifeguard in attendance for safety. However, we are sure you will find that all of your swimming needs can be met within the other two pools which are open all year round.
There are beautifully maintained communal areas, whether you want to just relax with a book or watch your little ones in the indoor soft play area. There is also a gym, table tennis room, and sauna.
The stunning bay of La Cala de Finestrat has everything you need for a perfect holiday, including an array of bars and restaurants offering everything from hearty English food to traditional Spanish tapas, paellas, and everything in between. Should you want more, the bustling night life of Benidorm is just a bus ride away, or a five-minute walk from the bay to Poniente beach. The local English bars in the bay show all the live English/Scottish football.
There are also many nearby attractions for families (all of which are tried and tested by us), including the waterparks of Aqualandia and Terra Aqua, and the zoo and marine life centres of Mundomar and Terra Natura. Popular days out also include Guadalest, Calpe, Albir, Altea, Alfaz del Pi and the city of Alicante which can be easily reached by tram. For the shoppers, you have the internationally renowned shopping centre of “La Marina” within walking distance or just a short bus ride away where you can find Zara, Berksha, H & M, Guess and many other boutique names.
