1 of 4 Woodland Lodges offering great quality, comfortable accommodation featuring cosy woodburner and amazing views from the deck to hills and mountains with Pitlochry golf course in the distance.
The natural environment makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge or take part in sporting and adventure activities located nearby.

This cosy lodge has a private hot tub on the patio deck, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious modern open plan dining and kitchen area with lounge and feature woodburning stove. The property has picture window at the dining table and double doors leading out to the large deck. Here you will find comfortable furniture and a charcoal BBQ - the views are outstanding!

The newly fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven/hob with extractor fan. It is very well equipped with a plentiful supply of crockery, glasswear, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. You'll also find teatowels, cling film, tin foil, washing up liquid and cloths.

There is a Dorma Heritage Tweed king sized bed with super-comfy pocket sprung and memory foam mattress and we supply quality bed linen and towels for your stay. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle, w/c and wash hand basin. Complimentary organic Highland Soap Co body wash and hand wash in Lemongrass and Ginger are supplied.

The whole property is double glazed and has self-control 24hr central heating throughout so it's lovely and cosy all year round.

2nd time here in the same lodge exactly as we remembered from last year quiet and peaceful location with stunning views of the mountains ⛰️ hot tub fantastic even in the rain let down by local taxis to get to and from pitlochry not the fault of jamie and laura who could not do enough for you they don't live inside but only a phone call away and if you have any questions or requests they respond immediately, lit's about 35 min walk and all uphill on the way back moulin inn about 15 min walk which is nice ifcyoy want a relaxing break not sure you would find anywhere better well done jamie and laura

The most amazing place to stay so clean the lodge has everything you need and the hot tub with the views is perfect loved our couple of days away thanks so much Jamie & Laura for making my birthday extra special such a lovely couple who really go out their way to make you so welcome and comfortable. We just can’t find fault with this woodland lodge experience it was just perfect and just what we needed to recharge ourselves relaxing in the hot tub with the great views over hills enjoying a drink or two. The lodge itself has a well equipped kitchen and dining area. It was great relaxing in the evening in front of the log fire on the super comfortable sofa. We got a great nights sleep the bed was great. The shower room was also modern and finished to a high standard. High quality body wash and pump soap was provided it would have a nice touch if there was shampoo .But luckily that wasn’t an issue as we had brought our own. The communication between Laura and myself was first class everything was made so easy for us. We’re so glad we found this place through recommendation from our son and we will definitely be booking again in the near future. Thank you so much. A gem place and so peaceful. Kevin

Had lovely time at the cabin we have been here over 10 times over the years and the second visit since the cabins have been refurbished. which is first class with its new hot tubs and extra decking and inside decor. there was a couple of nice extra touches when we arrived which I think was for being a recurring guest which was lovely and well appreciated. Going back between xmas and New year can't wait.

Exactly what my wife and I needed to get away for a few days to relax. The lodge was great, packed with everything we needed. The hot tub and log burner were fantastic features. The only issue we had was the wifi connection was not available to stream a movie (Netflix) at night. It did not detract from the overall experience however as we really enjoyed it and would happily come back.

My partner and I booked the lodge for 2 as a birthday trip to explore the area and be able to enjoy the scenery and of course, the hot tub. Jamie and Laura were excellent hosts, the talked us through the hot tub and the attention to detail in the lodge was incredible. After arriving we had requested availability for an extra night due to loving the place so much and they were able to accommodate this. They set up birthday balloons which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend the lodges they were perfect and very close to the golf course! Will definitely be back again

Lovely cosy lodge located on the outskirts of Pitlochry. Only a 25 minute walk into the centre of Pitlochry itself. Very clean, modern and peaceful. Hot tub overlooking the hills is a nice touch and made all the better with the clear evenings we had both nights. Wood burner was great but beware we stayed in the one bedroom lodge and it heated up very quickly to the point we had to open the windows and doors on the second evening. There was a small bit of external maintenance being undertaken whilst we were there which interrupted our peace ever so briefly but nothing to complain about, it was short lived. We were just enjoying the silence away from 3 children . The hot tubs and decking area could be made a bit more private especially with the drive to the main house leading past the front of the lodges but I do understand why it was designed this way. Capturing the lovely views over the Cairngorm national park. Only very minor points. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway. I can certainly say that we will be back for a cosy getaway in the future.

Really enjoyed our couple of days staying here. Was looking for a place for me and the wife to recharge after going through having our little one in December, so was really pleased with how good this lodge was, very modern, clean and had everything we would need to make our rest a good one. Not too far from the town centre and local amenities but far enough that we weren’t disturbed by traffic etc. Hot tub was amazing and the modern renovations inside were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Iv been here many times and always love it. We were given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and rose petals on the bed which was a lovely touch. My only negative point was the hot tub. The new tub is smaller and feels a lot less roomy. Also the hot tub is now switched off at 11pm and not turned on until 10am which means it can’t be used in the morning unless you pay for a late check out. I much preferred before when u could use it anytime as I like going in late at night & early morning. This is the reason I don’t feel they are value for money now as the lodge is expensive and I don’t feel I got my moneys worth this time.

A lovely stay at Kinnaird Woodland Lodges. Lovely little lodge with everything you need for a relaxed weekend. The bed was very comfy and the hot tub was fab. Great communication from Laura and Jamie prior to arriving and during check in. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

This is our second time at Kinnaird. It’s definitely a premium lodge/stay. Brilliant time spent in the lodge and only 5 minutes in a Taxi to the town centre. The only improvement I’d recommend is to have a small gazebo/shelter over the hottub for when it’s raining. We got by again using an umbrella when sitting in the Tub, but the wooden fence next to the Tub could be used as a station for attaching a rain shelter! We’ll probably be back for a third time. Thanks a lot. Host was great

Wanted to escape for a rew days, saw the lodges on line. Visited a few weeks previous, liked the lodge and location, booked one. Very well appointed lodge, everything for self catering. Wood burner gives a good heat. Enjoyed the the hot tub, was in it every night! Very quiet peaceful few days, with trips around the surrounding area.

Super accommodating hosts who helped arrange a wee surprise for me during our stay. Lovely comfortable bed, wonderful power shower and lovely decking out patio doors with the hot tub. Fabulous, restful stay massively exceeded our expectations
