Hele fijne locatie dichtbij Santa Maria Beach en 5 min lopen naar het centrum van Santa Maria en 2 supermarktjes in de straat. Ruim appartement met een heerlijk balkon uit de wind en in de zon.
Paar kleinere dingen: Het servies (met name de glazen) en het bed (/lattenbodem) zijn wel toe aan vervanging en het doucheputje liep niet goed door.

Le logement est très bien pour deux personnes uniquement.
Il est situé en deuxième ligne du front de mer (la vue mer est lointaine 😉). Néanmoins la magnifique plage est à 300 m et le centre ville, restaurants à 600 m. Un supermarché est juste en face à 20 m. La résidence est sécurisé et il est très facile d’échanger avec l’hôte. Un taxi est venu nous chercher pour 20€ . Les draps et linge de toilette change une fois dans la semaine.

The apartment is in a good location, a ten minute walk to the main town area with lots of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shops and a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment block has a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and flower beds making it secluded and pleasant to sit by the pool. Also there is security staff on the apartment block door.
The apartment, whilst large and roomy -has good air con, a large balcony overlooking the road and a quiet bedroom - overall requires some TLC and upgrades. For example, the shower area and bathroom had black mould around the shower tray. The whole apartment could do with a painting refresh, new towels are required and we didn't expect plastic plates and glasses. Under the sink, in the kitchen areas smelt and was damp and there were little black bugs/insects running around on the work services! We looked in nicer apartments in the same block for less money, it wasn't worth euro 450 for 7 nights!
