Sehr ruhig, nette Nachbarn.
Gessica besorgte mir sogar eine neue Matratze, da mir ihre ebenso brandneue Matratze zu hart war! Sie hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Die Elektroanschlüsse waren etwas locker sitzend. Wir hatten ihr dies jedoch nicht gesagt, sonst hätte sie bestimmt sofort reagiert.

Čisty venkovní bazén k dispozici nonstop. Perfektní poloha apartmánu. Blízko k moři, blízko do centra, obchod i restaurace pár kroků. Velice příjemná hostitelka zajistila odvoz z letiště i na letiště a v případě jakýchkoliv dotazů okamžitě reagovala.
Nemám nic co bych mohl vytknout, maximální spokojenost.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement et je le recommande sans hésiter.
Gessica a été particulièrement disponible avant le départ : très sympathique, réactive et d’une grande patience pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Son aide pour réserver les taxis à l’aller et au retour, ainsi que pour différents services sur l’île, a été vraiment précieuse.
Le logement se situe dans un petit bloc d’appartements de seulement deux étages, avec un gardien à l’entrée, ce qui est rassurant. Le grand atout est sans aucun doute la piscine et son solarium, bien mieux protégés du vent que la plage.
L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : au cœur d’un cadre verdoyant, à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre de Santa Maria, tout en étant extrêmement calme. Aucun bruit venant de l’extérieur ou du voisinage, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le restaurant juste à côté de l’entrée de la résidence est un vrai confort, avec la possibilité de prendre petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner à toute heure.
L’appartement est très confortable, avec deux grandes chambres équipées de lits doubles. La chambre avec porte-fenêtre donnant sur une terrasse est particulièrement agréable. La cuisine, bien que je ne l’aie pas utilisée, semblait bien équipée.
En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un emplacement idéal, une belle piscine et une hôte attentionnée : je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Gessica is een super gastvrouw. Zij liet ons ophalen aan de luchthaven en na 15 min.waren we afgezet bij Moradias. De gastvrouw gaf ons alle informatie. Volgende dag werd er internet aangesloten.
Een van ons had zijn bagage niet vanuit Brussel. Gessica heeft dit perfect opgevolgd voor ons, wat een service.
Het appartement is kraaknet, alles voorhanden, heel rustige sfeer en mooi zwembad. 10 min. wandelen naar de hoofdstraat. Zeker een aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie.
