About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to Casita Azul, this wonderful cozy space has everything you will need for a short or long stay. Full kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, shower bath, living/dining room, streaming TV and internet. Small outdoor space so your fur babies are welcome! The entire casita has been remodeled but feels like a wonderfully funky space complete with hand painted Mexican tile. One block from the incredible Farmer's market and the downtown with shopping and restaurants.
Guests are only 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 50 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.
This property is solely for your use, there is no owner at the property. Our hosts will make certain that any questions or needs are met quickly and happily!
We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.
We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.
centrally located, this neighborhood is in the heart of the original historic downtown of Las Cruces. It is walkable and very close to many shops and restaurants.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property or close to open doors/windows. Please be mindful that there are neighbors very close by. Please do not use the countertops as a cutting board. When you leave, if you would do the dishes, leave the trash for us to do, and shoot us a quick message that you are out, we would greatly appreciate it, thank you!
