Just 5 km from Leonardo's birthplace and the Leonardiano Museum, the villa also offers easy access to Florence, Montecatini Terme, and Pistoia—perfect destinations for day trips full of history and Renaissance charm.
The main villa consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, and double sofa bed, as well as a large modern kitchen equipped with a five-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The house has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the separate annex offers a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom—ideal for ensuring privacy and comfort for more guests. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and fans are available.
Outside, you will find a large furnished terrace, a garden with sun loungers, barbecue, and a private pool (12x4 m, open from June to October). For your entertainment there are a ping pong table, table football, four bicycles, board games, a cot, and a high chair.
