Central Cambridge, opposite Jesus Green with river views (new listing)

Across from Jesus Green and overlooking the river. 10 minute walk into the centre of town, and a similar distance from most of the colleges. Our house is stylish and full of character and comfort. We can offer an off-road parking space. The house is not suitable for babies or young children. This is our home, we only rent it out for two months each year to people looking for longer-term stays in Cambridge.

The space
The house features hardwood floors, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a separate clawfoot tub in the second bedroom. The master bedroom with a super king-sized bed is at the front of the house, overlooking the river and the park. The windows are double-glazed but because it faces the street, there is some road noise. The second bedroom is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden. It has a king-sized bed (and the bath). There is a small office at the front, also overlooking the river and the park.

The house is colorful and bright with lots of light. There are two separate living areas downstairs, to the front is a more formal sitting room with a separate dining area, and at the back is a large open space with kitchen, sitting area with tv. This area has bifold doors that open on to the small but lovely garden, with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ.
