This spacious guest home is located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. The home itself offers a large bedroom, kitchen, workspace and washer/dryer. This home is perfectly located near some of the Albuquerque's best entertainment spots, coffee shops and restaurants.

-5 minutes away from the Sawmill district, which offers great drinks, restaurants and entertainment

- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
3. PETs
-At this time, this particular home does not allow pets.
4. CLEANING FEE:
- In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $80 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay.
4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY:
- Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
5. QUIET HOURS:
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.
