I stayed at this VRBO property in Albuquerque for a 3-day business trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The home was spotless—cleaned to perfection and incredibly well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable right away.Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear, detailed instructions that made arrival stress-free. Parking was a breeze as well—plenty of space and super convenient, which was important since I had meetings around the city each day.The host was top-notch—communicative, quick to respond, and very professional. Every message was met with a prompt and helpful reply, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, local restaurants, and major roads. The views were absolutely stunning too, especially at sunrise and sunset with the Sandia Mountains in the distance. This place is a gem—perfect for business or leisure travel. I’ll absolutely be booking again the next time work brings me to Albuquerque!

Perfect location for us. Ate at Seasons and Saw Mill Market, great variety and really great food! 20 min drive/- to Route66 Casino for a concert. If you are interested in hot tub that is described, contact owner because it was being worked on. Two person sauna was ok.

All around a perfect stay and location - close to everything and within walking distance. Very accommodating host, who was attentive and responsive. The space, both indoor and outdoor was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

The bed was not comfortable. It saggy and felt like head of the lower than your feet. The coffee pot had a lot of calcification on filet and needed to be descaled so it didn’t work after one cup of coffeeThe base of the shower had wood rot . The hot tub water was very low and you couldn’t run the jets. The water was like warm and whenOpening the cover fell off.

Overall a lovely stay. Nice seating area outside door with privacy. Hot tub was nice but not private.
Appreciated the little xtras like a lit candle when we arrived, bottled water and coffee to drink. And NO cheap hotel quality TP😊
Room is just enough for 2 people.
Host very easy to communicate with.
Would stay again if in area😎

We absolutely loved this property! True New Mexico feel. The casita was roomy and well maintained. The courtyard is so cozy and quaint and the jacuzzi was always perfectly heated. Location is the best! Walking distance to Old Town and many other restaurants and attractions. We will definitely book here again.

My boyfriend and I absolutely adored the Casita. It is located in a nice neighborhood and was actually very quiet for being in close quarters to other houses. I would highly recommend!

What a lovely casita! Everything was better than advertised! I was welcomed with cold water in the fridge and special treats by the coffee station. The home was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. There were more than enough linens and supplies, but the hosts were readily available if there had been any problems. They had bicycles for guest use and a sauna, in addition to the hot tub! The shared patio has lovely furniture, flowers, and a fire pit ready to light. Best of all was the location, literally two blocks from Old Town. There were days when I didn't move my car but walked to everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.

We could easily walk to museums, the Plaza and restaurants. The Sawmill Market is only about a 20 minute walk and it came in handy on a Monday night when most restaurants nearby were closed. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. Nicely appointed unit. Be advised that the shower is quite small, especially if you don't want to be directly below the water stream. But that is definitely the only negative. Easy parking. Appreciated the bottled water.

We loved our stay. The casita is nicely appointed in the kitchen area so we could plate our take out food, it almost felt like home. We also enjoyed the little dry sauna on the patio. We were here during a cold time of the year, so we didn't get to hang out on the lovely patio with the great fire pit - next time!

Fantastic place. Clean, comfortable and quiet location. Great access to multiple places to visit. Lilly (host) friendly and accommodating. All in all a 5/5 location! Thanks for having us!!!

The property was in a great location. The manager is very helpful and sweet. Private patio was nice. Negatives - The casita was heated only by space heater. It could use another mirror because one in bathroom is high and small.

Such a cute casita just a few minutes walk from Old Town. I visited during Balloon Fiesta and Old Town was very busy, so it was a relief to be within walking distance and not have to worry about driving/parking there.
The unit has everything you could want. The casita and outdoor sitting area are exactly as pictured. Contactless check-in and check-out was a breeze. A couple things to be aware of (although these did not detract from my stay at all): 1) The shower is quite small. Still clean and functional, but hard to maneuver without getting a stream of water in the face. If you want to shower without getting your hair wet, bring a shower cap. 2) The bed frame is a basic metal thing, so not exactly heavy duty. I’m a plus size lady and felt OK sleeping in it by myself, but I would have been apprehensive if I had to share it with another larger-bodied person. It probably would have held up, but if you have anxiety about that kind of thing then it’s something to consider. 3) There is only one parking spot but two casitas, so you may have to park on the road. Even during Balloon Fiesta there was plenty of street parking (don’t worry, no parallel parking needed). But again, something to be aware of if you have qualms about parking your vehicle on the street.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. If I’m ever back in ABQ, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I enjoyed this little place! It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It's within easy walking distance from Old Town. There is no stove but there is a microwave and a toaster oven. Thanks to the host for such a pleasant experience.

Almost everything was perfectly lovely for two people. Parking was super easy. There was a wide variety of coffee and tea. Plenty of dishes and extra linens. The semi-private courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. The one downside was the mattress. It needs to be replaced with a new one. Oh, and Lily was very nice and super flexible. We would stay there again, but I do hope she gets better mattress.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lily's Casita. Spacious, very clean, and walking distance to the plaza, several museums, and a large park. Lily and David had thought of everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. I would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area!
