GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).
HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.
We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.

The bedrooms were very accommodating for everyone that was apart of the group. Rooms were clean for the most part all though sum of the rooms had issues with bugs alive and sum dead on dressers and beds. The pool which is why we booked the cabin wasnt able to use cause the water was so cold. Other than those things the stay was pleasent and communication between the host was 10/10. When needed assistance about something they responded very quickly and adressed the situation.

I had mixed feelings about our stay at the Swim in the Clouds Cabin. The cabin itself was organized, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. It felt nicely secluded while still being conveniently close to attractions, restaurants, and nearby towns. The washer and dryer were also a great bonus.However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The counters were sticky, the floors were dirty, and the kitchen could have used a better variety of pots and pans.The biggest issue—and the main reason I booked this cabin—was the indoor pool and hot tub. I specifically chose this property so my three kids could enjoy these amenities. After seeing a previous review mentioning the pool was closed, I reached out ahead of time and was assured that it had been fixed and would be ready for our stay. Unfortunately, just three days before our trip, I received a message saying the pool was out of order again and a part was being ordered. It was still not fixed when we arrived, which was a huge disappointment. We were only refunded 95, which did not feel adequate given that this was a key advertised feature.The hot tub was also not usable, as it had a noticeable yellow residue.Overall, while the cabin itself had some great qualities, the lack of cleanliness and the unusable amenities made this stay frustrating. I would rate it 2 stars and would not rent from Stay Minty again.
