About this cabin rental
Getting fourteen people under one roof usually means somebody ends up on a couch. Not at Sunset Ridge. Five bedrooms, four full baths, a wall of Smoky Mountain views, a hot tub and a fire pit, plus a game room with pool, poker and a four-player arcade. Fifteen minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, quiet enough to hear the ridge. Eight stays in, guests still rate cleanliness, check-in and accuracy five stars. Book your fall dates, then message us and we will map out the bed setup.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Big groups who want one roof, not two condos. Multigenerational trips, family reunions, three families splitting a fall week. One guest brought her 90 year old mother and called it "the perfect place to relax and make special memories together." Another fit thirteen people in and wrote that the cabin "accommodated 13 people comfortably."
SLEEPING
Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed facing the mountains, a gas fireplace, a 50 inch TV, a private balcony and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub, a frameless glass shower and a double vanity. Two more king bedrooms sit on the main level, one with its own private deck for morning coffee. Downstairs, two bunk rooms each hold two twin over twin bunks, so the kids get a wing of their own. Four full bathrooms means nobody queues in the morning.
THE DAY, START TO FINISH
Coffee on the deck while the valley is still grey. Keurig and drip are both set up. Breakfast at the island, then out to the park or into Pigeon Forge. Back by late afternoon for the pool table and the arcade. A past guest wrote that "our kids especially loved the pool table, arcade games, and hot tub." Dinner off the grill on the deck, then the fire pit as the ridgeline goes dark, then the hot tub with the mountains still faintly visible. One family put it simply: "Watching the sunset from the deck was our favorite part of each day."
GOOD TO KNOW
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and a gas range, and the dining table seats 6 with 4 more at the bar. Bring your own cooking oil and spices. A high chair and pack and play are here if you need them. The trash goes in the bear proof cage, because this really is bear country. No pets, and no smoking anywhere inside.
Book your dates, let us know your group and we will walk you through which bedrooms suit which people.

Check-in is self-service from the moment you pull into the driveway — a keypad on the front door gives you a unique code valid for your entire stay, with no key exchange and no coordinating around a host. The whole home is yours: every bedroom, both levels, the kitchen, game room, and decks are exclusively for your group. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire house for remote work or a quiet video call.
The Neighborhood:
Sunset Ridge sits in Sevierville, TN, close enough that you're never more than 20-25 minutes from anything on the list, tucked back enough that the mountain views stay uninterrupted.
Outdoor days start with GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK (~20 min) — trailheads, waterfalls, overlooks worth the drive. OBER MOUNTAIN (~25 min) offers a scenic tram, alpine slide, and winter tubing. WEARS VALLEY SCENIC DRIVE (~15 min) is worth pulling over on for a slower morning.
For entertainment over elevation, DOLLYWOOD (~20 min) brings rides, live music, and food stalls. THE ISLAND IN PIGEON FORGE (~15 min) comes alive at night with its 200-ft wheel, dancing fountains, and mini-golf. History buffs are ~15 minutes from the TITANIC MUSEUM ATTRACTION, bigger than its exterior suggests.
For food and shopping, OLD MILL RESTAURANT & SHOPS (~15 min) is a working 1830s gristmill with a candy shop and riverside Southern cooking. TANGER OUTLETS SEVIERVILLE (~20 min) covers anything forgotten at home, and DOWNTOWN PIGEON FORGE PARKWAY (~15 min) strings together go-karts, mini-golf, and neon lights.
However the group splits up, Sunset Ridge keeps it all a short drive away.
