This house has everything... secluded surroundings, magnificent views of mountains and the Pacific Ocean, saltwater pool and only 5 minutes drive from Sámara center!
The house is located 150 meters above sea level and only a few minutes drive from all the amenities and entertainment that Sámara has to offer.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms en suite and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.
The 35 square meter covered terrace offers a magnificent view of the ocean and the jungle, ideal for relaxing and dreaming.
From this terrace, a staircase leads down to the double garage where there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and clotheslines.
This property is located 70 meters from the road, which guarantees privacy.
Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning, private shower room, mosquito nets on the windows and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. In the living room there is a Smart TV with Wifi reception, TV via the Internet.
In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven and a large refrigerator with large freezer.
Children from the age of 6 are welcome.
For younger guests, this accommodation is not suitable.
The pool is a private saltwater pool. There is no pool barrier.
The road, Calle Santo Domingo, is unpaved and sometimes bumpy. An off-road vehicle is not absolutely necessary but recommended.

Loved the quiet location, surrounded by birds, monkeys and this amazing view. I stayed for 10 days and would happily come back.

Lots of options for outdoor seating. Liked the pool area in the morning and the deck in the evenings. Pool was great. Perfect size and temperature. House is spacious. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Deck was great in the evenings for cards. Could hear the howler monkeys all around.
