Spacious apartment of 56 M2, cozy, completely refurbished in a quiet and countryside 5 minutes from Sarlat. Apartment on the first floor with a terrace and parking. Proissans a very pretty town with a bakery, a butcher close to the house.
it is located close to the biggest tourist attractions: Beynac castle, Castelnau castle and Eyrignac garden.
Come and discover the Dordogne and its castles with a beautiful canoe or barge ride.
You can also taste our beautiful gastronomy.
Proissans is a charming little village located 5 minutes from SARLAT in the Périgord Noir, in the Dordogne.
The house is located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet formerly a farm.
In the heart of a natural heritage forming the Natura 2000 area with its limestone hillsides, the valleys of the Dordogne and the Vézère, the caves of Lascaux...
Many tourist activities are available to travellers.
General conditions:
Arrival times 4 pm to 9 pm (otherwise key box) and departure time no later than 10 am.
In addition if you wish:
Sheets and towels flat rates 30 euros to be paid on arrival.
From October to May:
Electricity: 8 KW offered after 0.25 euros per Kw during peak hours and 0.20 euros during off-peak hours electricity (heating).
Wood fireplace first fire offered + 80 euros per stere.
