Apartment Tenerife Casa Vivandi

The Tenerife apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and, at around 41 m², is one of our largest apartments. It features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a shower room, and a separate bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to three guests.

From the bedroom, double doors lead to a small balcony, offering a beautiful view toward the street and the ravine, with lush greenery rising above it. Thanks to its layout and size, this apartment is particularly well-suited for a longer holiday stay on Gran Canaria.

The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished!

The surroundings of Casa Vivandi are quiet and mostly inhabited by locals, allowing for an authentic immersion into the island’s culture. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket and a bakery where you can stock up on fresh local products. A short walk takes you to the Church of La Candelaria, the patron saint of Ingenio, where you can enjoy typical bars and restaurants serving delicious specialties of the local cuisine.

Ingenio is an ideal destination for nature and sports enthusiasts. From here, you have access to various hiking and cycling routes that invite you to explore the beautiful scenery of the area. The village also has a gym and a public swimming pool, perfect for staying active during your stay.
