Apartment Gran Canaria Casa Vivandi

Our Gran Canaria apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and, at around 48 m², is one of our largest apartments. It features a spacious living-dining area with an integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a shower room. In the bright, sunlit living room, there is a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to three guests. From the living room, double doors lead to a small balcony.

This apartment offers by far the most beautiful view! From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful outlook over the village and the church of Ingenio, while the large living room windows provide a spectacular panorama stretching far across the horizon to the sea.

This apartment is perfect for a long-term stay on Gran Canaria.

Casa Vivandi is located in the charming heart of Ingenio, in the peaceful “El Puente” neighborhood. Just a few steps away, you’ll find Néstor Álamo Park with the famous “Palmera del Paquesito,” the tallest palm tree in the Canary Islands.

The surroundings of Casa Vivandi are quiet and mostly inhabited by locals, allowing for an authentic immersion into the island’s culture. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket and a bakery where you can stock up on fresh local products. A short walk takes you to the Church of La Candelaria, the patron saint of Ingenio, where you can enjoy typical bars and restaurants serving delicious specialties of the local cuisine.

Ingenio is an ideal destination for nature and sports enthusiasts. From here, you have access to various hiking and cycling routes that invite you to explore the beautiful scenery of the area. The village also has a gym and a public swimming pool, perfect for staying active during your stay.
