Welcome to Damonte Ranch! Your warm and comfortable 1,951 square foot three-bedroom, two-bath home in a beautiful and quiet community. This home is designed with both relaxation and function in mind, offering a perfect retreat for families, business travelers, or vacationers exploring Reno or Lake Tahoe.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy queen beds with plenty of closet space. The fourth room doubles as a home office and includes a twin daybed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping two more guests.
Enjoy the large open living area with a plush sectional and a 72-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and seating for both casual meals and shared dinners. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
Step outside to a private, fenced backyard with a pergola and string lights that create a peaceful evening atmosphere. Simply plug in the lights to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars. The home also includes a washer and dryer, garage parking, and easy self-check-in with your own personal code.

For extended stays, we provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to help keep the home feeling fresh and comfortable. Our team will coordinate the timing directly with you during your stay.
House Rules:
• Guests making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
• Large groups or parties are not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor patio.
• We welcome dogs only. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats due to allergies. There is a $125 pet fee per dog for the entire stay.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors, as this is a family-oriented community.
• Our neighborhood is very quiet, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fine.

Lovely home and the perfect size for our family of six to stay in. We were also able to bring our dog which was very helpful. Location was also a big plus.

Nice single story home in Double Diamond neighborhood of Reno. House is very comfortable with three private bedrooms and a large garage. The backyard is perfect for dogs but because it backs up to a busy loud street it’s probably not the best for hanging out.

We stayed 8 days (Sunday through the following Monday). The house layout was nice, the home was comfortable and in a great location, and the host was responsive. However, a few things made our stay less smooth for 3 adults and 2 children. Both sinks in the primary bathroom were clogged when we arrived and weren’t fixed until Wednesday, so we had limited use for the first few days. Only 4 bath towels were provided for our 8-day stay, and when we asked for more, the host said that was all that had been prepared and to use the laundry machine. We ended up sharing wet towels, and I even resorted to using two hand towels to dry off from a shower. The kitchen initially had only one knife and no baking sheets, though those were brought later that evening after we asked, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice home and a responsive host, but adding a few more essentials, like enough towels and basic kitchen items would make it much more comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated—every detail made us feel comfortable and relaxed. From the cozy bedrooms and bathrobes to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful outdoor space, it was the perfect retreat.Patrick and Nela were incredibly attentive to our needs. They responded quickly to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. It’s rare to find hosts who genuinely care, and they made us feel truly welcome. We would highly recommend this property!
