13 Mi to Slopes: Cozy Home w/ Fenced Yard in Reno

It had 5 bedrooms, which was what we needed for our group. Also, the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending.

It generally was not kept up well. The carpets were dirty, the yards were not maintained, there were only 7 coffee cups, but 8 adults in our group so we had to drink coffee in shifts, there was no screen on the master slider so the door could not be kept open, the previous renters (or neighbors???) had filled the garbage cans and there were bags of garbage all around the cans. I filled a black bag with our garbage but couldn’t put it into the can due to all the other garbage that filled the cans. There was no “house manual” so we had no idea when garbage pick day was. We ran out of paper towels and there were no back up rolls.
