Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in Santa Cruz. This beautiful single family house locates a very nice location. There are many interesting places around this house. You can take a walk with your pet to the beach via the Bethany Curve Walkway, visit the lighthouse, explore local wineries, or shop at Safeway and New Leaf grocery store. The nearby Swift Street Courtyard offers plenty of chic cafés to relax in. It is close to natural bridges beach, light house, board walk and many other interesting attractions etc. The house has plenty of parking in the front of the house ,we hope you’ll enjoy it!

Quiet neighborhood. Restful. House was clean and comfortable. Carpet would have been nice. Exterior grounds messy and dissheveled. Owner responded promptly to requests.

I'll give you the good, the bad, and the uglyGood: Pet friendly property! Backyard is completely fenced so your fur baby is safe. Backyard is good size and has a table with chairs. The shower was larger and has good water pressure which was nice. Location was close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Quiet street low traffic. Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, full size fridge. Stocked well. Amazon Fire Smart TV so we could watch our shows. The beach is in walkable distance but can't see it from the house. You can hear the seals in the distance. Large closet in master bedroom but needs more hangers since there is no other place to put your clothes.Bad: No couch! Just some hard table like futon that was so uncomfortable. Zero support and made it difficult to relax and watch TV. The bed in the Master bedroom is small and really uncomfortable as well. The bathroom was done nicely, but it's a tight fit between the toilet and the sink. Pretty bare minimum inside. No dresser to put your clothes in.Ugly: The outside of the property is full of weeds and you can tell there's no love given to landscape. Front entrance has an army of ants in front of the door. The futon in the second bedroom was broken. The legs are all broken. If they add a comfortable couch, upgrade the bed to a Cal-King size, add a night stand, and get some real furniture around the house it would greatly improve the overall experience. Hire a gardner to clean up the yard. It could be a nice place.
