* Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.

* No events, parties, or large gatherings
* Please report any damages that occur during stay
* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. We had a great time on our little getaway. The home was closed to the State Park which was nice. We got to hike and explore nature a little bit. There was plenty of room in the house for our big group to have fun together and still have personal spaces. We plan go back in the spring or summer to check out the backyard and pool.
