Beautifully renovated house with and open floor plan, gourmet fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and smart tv's in all the bedrooms and of course quick reliable wifi for all to enjoy.
Home has large lot with amazing deck and 4 season room that also doubles as a separate work space as well as a smaller second workspace as . House also has a fully finished basement with 2 of the bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large theater room with a sectional sleeper sofa if more space is needed.

Home is located on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood and is only blocks away from a playground park for the kids to enjoy and walking distance to the Fox River and its 40+ miles of bike paths. Coming to St Charles or Geneva for a wedding or other reason, home is only a 10 minute drive from downtown of both locations

This was a perfect home for our extended family. It is in a safe neighborhood and close to a park. It has a huge backyard, which is fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had nice decor. The main level bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom. The house is much bigger than it appears from the outside. We had a great stay.

Positives: Location was great. In a safe neighborhood and right next to a park. Smart lock on the front door made check in easy. Host is responsive. Has infant pack n play and child high chair. Keurig that is stocked for coffee and tea lovers.
Negatives: The house at first glance appears clean however the house (both interior and exterior) is overdue for a deep cleaning. The front porch is covered in cobwebs and the exterior light being on 24/7 (the switch is covered) only attracts even more bugs. While playing in the front yard we also found several colonies of ants all over the front porch. The interior continues to have cobwebs in almost every corner of each room. The floors appear clean but after walking in our socks for less than 1 hour, the bottoms were black.
