To keep the space cool in summer, the apartment has 1 portable AC unit and 2 fans. For best results, please keep the curtains closed during the day as the large windows can let in a lot of heat.

• Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am to respect our neighbors.
• No smoking or vaping inside — violation will result in a $500 USD fine.
• No storage for bikes, and bikes are not allowed inside the apartment.

Please note that drinking alcohol, smoking, or vaping is not permitted in these shared spaces, and we ask that you always be respectful of others using the facilities. Smoking or vaping in the building areas is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine.

This property was great for my family of four in town for a show at Roger’s Arena. So easy to get to the show - just walk across the street! Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The property is very conveniently located - right in the middle of the downtown Vancouver. It noisy with the sky rail being very close to unit, especially when the windows are open for the portable AC is operating.

We stayed for 4 days to visit colleges in the area. The place was a good central location. easy and safe to get around. the place was nice and clean and owner was very responsive. Easy and good trip. Would stay here again when we return.
