Central Fort Wayne Apartment | Triplex Residence

This place has potential, but lacks a lot of the details that would make it great.First, the location is three blocks from the Grand Wayne Center, which was mostly what we were looking for. Parking was convenient and free, and entrance to the unit was convenient, although there is a stairway to get up to the apartment. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, with plenty of places to eat and the Tin Caps stadium nearby. The apartment itself was stark, with no real decoration or style, but utilitarian. A few floor boards are separating which can pinch your feet if you're not careful. Television is small compared to most Vrbos these days, and the internet was spotty at best (although host did leave ethernet cables available if you want to plug in). Only coffee pot was a mini auto-drip, and no coffee provided by host. The best feature of this spot was the private balcony. Great seating spot with lots of furniture (which seems strange when limiting visitors). Unfortunately it was 90 degrees when we were there, but morning and evening seating were good. There's also a grill, which we did not use.If you're looking for a place close to downtown, with access to eating places and minor league baseball, and you're not concerned with a lack of personal touches, this might be a great option for you. If you want a stylish or trendy location, this probably isn't for you.

Check-in was super easy. Loved the simple design in renovations. Terrace was lovely to chill for an evening. Everything was within walking distance and getting in and out of the apartment was easy thanks to the provided tutorial for operating the door lock.

Unit was very clean. Deck is awsome enjoyed hanging out on it. Was nice location to walk to downtown and ball park. Loved our stay. Host gave all information in a timely manner.
