Marc is a fantastic host!! We traveled to Fort Wayne for a brass band competition, and everywhere we needed to go was within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the beds (and couch) comfy for sleeping. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. Kitchenette had plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cookware to make fixing our own breakfasts super easy, and the dishwasher made cleanup quick. Closets have sufficient hangers and ample space for storing away suitcases and clothes. There were plenty of towels and some spare sheets and pillows, and the in-unit washer and dryer were excellent to have available.The balcony is another highlight. Great for enjoying a nice meal al fresco, or just chilling. Furniture was clean and comfortable.The only issue I can see someone having with the property are the concrete steps leading up to it. They’re a bit steep and uneven, but there is a handrail. If you have issues with hip and knee mobility, this is probably not the most comfortable place for you.Overall, would definitely stay here again, and if you’re a musician traveling, this worked well as a space where we could practice at soft-to-moderate volumes with no issues (though your mileage may vary depending on who’s staying downstairs).
