Fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine -- coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, sandwich grill, air fryer with an assortment of pots and pans and tasteful serving plates. Store your leftovers in the fridge in stylish glass containers.
Televisions and streaming devices:
1st floor: 65" 4K Samsung Smart TV (with SamsungTV, Airplay and streaming apps).
2nd floor: Amazon Fire TV.
3rd floor: Roku Stick.
Fiber Internet with 1 Gigabit speed (fastest speed and most reliable connection of any provider in Seattle).
Several sets of clean towels, sheets & pillowcases. Shampoo & body wash dispensers in full bathrooms.
Cooking oils, spices, coffee, tea & condiments available for your convenience.
Access house key inside lockbox (additional house keys inside); I will send you the code so you don't need to worry about getting in. Don't forget to put keys back in lockbox and flip around numbers on combo to lock upon departure.

Overall, we had a short stay here and the listing gave that “live in Seattle” vibe with a rooftop deck (which we didn’t end up using).Pros:• Temperpedic split king was a big selling point.• Walkable to Amazon Fresh and a few other spots.• Easy check-in; owner/manager was very communicative through VRBO.• Pricing was decent compared to nearby First Hill hotels.Cons:• Dedicated parking space was extremely tight (there is street parking too but first come first serve, they get taken quickly).• Cleaning fee felt excessive since we still had to do tasks like starting laundry, running the dishwasher, and taking out trash. If guests are expected to handle main chores, why the extra fee?• Noisy early-morning garbage truck on garbage day made sleeping in tough.• Portable bedroom AC vented out a window above the bed, preventing blinds from fully closing—lots of morning light - again preventing sleeping in.• 3 to 4 levels including the rooftop; carrying luggage up multiple flights to level 3 was a workout.Overall, the place was cute and in a decent location, but between the cleaning fee requirements and a few inconveniences, I’d likely consider a hotel next time for a more seamless experience or checking out a different neighborhood and paying a tad more.
