High traffic noise neighborhood. No local eateries/restaurants. Neighborhood very run down. Home welcoming with basic supplies. Could offer cleaner/ newer pots/pans, dish detergent, hair dryer, and light in yard for walking dogs. We enjoyed our day trip to Stone Mountain.
