Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. Guest Access:
The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.
You can access the villa from a quiet alley. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for 2 medium-sized cars or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.
The Neighborhood:
Features a prime location without compromising your peace and privacy. A mere few minutes from the beach, you’re well placed within walking distance to some of the best beach clubs and resorts in Bali. Step out of the Villa’s quiet alley onto one of the most popular streets in Seminyak, full of great shopping, restaurants, and bars!
Well isolated from the hustle and bustle, your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside and you’re in walking distance to infamous night clubs like La Favela or Mexicola. The villa was spacious and the location was good to get to places we wanted to go, the villa needs a revamp as the bathrooms and kitchen look tired and worn, housekeeping came every day 10am-2pm if we needed them, the pool was cleaned every day but never seemed clean. The communication was very good if we needed anything as the water failed one day but they came and fixed it. The bedrooms could all be locked the rest of the villa was open so you would get bitten of an evening, my family liked the openness of the villa we saw the geckos in the evenings come out as well as a couple of bats flying around. Good base for travelling from we used Grab or Gojek like Ubers which are so cheap. The roads are busy all the time locally and I have never seen so many mopeds that drive on pavements as well of roads, a real experience, lots and lots of nice restaurants nearby.Overall nice villa, quite expensive for Bali I would say but would recommend it,

Villa Manhattan has a fabulous layout for a group stay, there were seven of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. Sadly, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the villa did not reflect the price we paid. There also needs to be better communication or training of housekeeping staff, we constantly had to ask for things that should be taken care of automatically such as water replacement, towels, and most of the rooms shampoos/conditioners were empty when we arrived and never provided. We'd arranged to drop our bags off when we arrived and this message did not seem to reach the staff and we were met with a less than welcoming greeting. The kitchen was grubby and the AC in the main bedroom is not large enough for the room size. This was our 6th trip to Bali and while to villa is attractive, it was the worst value for money. On a positive note, the villa manager's were always quick to respond to issues.
