- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans,
- books, radiators, central heating, smoke detector.
No private parking is available.
After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
